Charlie and Mahesh first connected in the Middle East, where they discovered a shared conviction: that every healthcare provider deserves access to high-quality, affordable clinical costing tools. Their complementary expertise — Charlie's deep domain knowledge in healthcare costing and casemix, and Mahesh's decades of technology leadership — created an immediate professional synergy.

Charlie Wallace
Director
Charlie is a PLICs subject matter expert with more than 15 years' experience in Value Based Healthcare, working across multiple countries, healthcare settings, and market maturities. He brings significant expertise in Healthcare Costing, Pricing, Income, Funding, Strategy, Business Intelligence, DRG Grouping, and Casemix. As product owner, Charlie co-leads the evolution of our technology platforms.

Mahesh Mirchandani
Director
Mahesh is a seasoned digital and technology leader with over 30 years of experience providing strategic leadership to global corporations and regional startups. As group CTO, Mahesh leads all technology offerings. His teams enable innovation and our solutions to remain at the forefront of technological advancement, supporting our clients' evolving needs.
